Responsibilities
What You Will Own
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related communications professionally
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project communication and client satisfaction
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, updates, and feedback
- Prepare client reports, meeting notes, and communication documentation
- Support the sales and marketing team in client engagement activities
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain professional brand communication
- Build long-term client trust through proactive support and relationship management
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
