What You Will Own

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related communications professionally
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project communication and client satisfaction
  • Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, updates, and feedback
  • Prepare client reports, meeting notes, and communication documentation
  • Support the sales and marketing team in client engagement activities
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain professional brand communication
  • Build long-term client trust through proactive support and relationship management
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
